We fully understand that many organisations want a more customised service with their own types of profiles and reports. They want this functionality to be closely integrated and cross-linked with their IT systems and websites. This is what netBiog has been designed to do from the outset.
Our forms are built from a question bank. New forms can be built from existing questions but we can also add new question types on request. The profiles we currently support follow a diversity of "patterns" in terms of the sequence in which they need to be completed and their behaviour towards people with different roles. Creating a new profile using an already implemented pattern is quite a simple process. But the elements are there to create new patterns that will support a broader range of users needing new types of profile that maybe we haven't conceived of yet. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements.
The profiles and forms a user has access to are determined by who sponsors them on the site. If you are representing an organisation and you have requested some custom forms and reports, these will be accessible to your users only and not everybody on the site. When a user leaves your organisation, they will no longer have access to new instances of your custom profiles. However, they will maintain access to the profiles they have already created.
