Given the flexibility of this service and the potential for supporting both small user groups and large scale communities, it is not possible to quote list pricing. There are two elements to the cost of this service. The setup cost and the ongoing service delivery. 

Setting up the service typically requires:

• Creating a custom sign-up page or linking with an existing user management or membership database
• Tailoring or creating some new Profile types and Reports
• Some testing and launch activities for a group of test users

We will estimate the work involved in this and make a setup charge accordingly. 

Service delivery costs will depend on an estimate of the potential user base that will need to be managed, the Profiles the users will need access to and the support arrangments for those users. Based on these three factors, we make a periodic maintenance charge for use of the service.

In general it does not make economic or practical sense to run this service on separate servers. However, there could be closed user communities for whom this does make sense. In these cicumstances, we would be happy to discuss your requirements further..
